Excelsior Services was formed in 1997 to provide a solution for the need for truly professional pavement markings & related repair/pavement maintenance services; to commercial, industrial, government and residential, agencies. Excelsior has become very well known for providing top quality service at a reasonable price. From Shea Stadium, to an "average" parking lot, our quality is the same. We are also specialists in parking garages and decks.

We are properly equipped to handle any of your pavement marking needs, including parking lot layout and design. We use the very latest in computer controlled layout equipment so your striping is just right every time.

If you have a new parking lot or need reconfiguration of an existing parking lot, we can do it. 
We will provide you with a computer-generated, detailed scale plan, of the parking lot, showing how it will look before any paint is applied. Then we use the latest computer-controlled striping equipment to deliver the same accuracy when applying the markings.
